A Saviour is Born
Love incarnate, love divine
Star and angels gave the sign
Bow to babe on bended knee
The Savior of humanity
Unto us a Child is born
He shall reign forevermore

Nothing Gold Can Stay
Robert Frost, 1874 - 1963

Thin Skinned
The Arbutus or the Madrone Tree stands for the balance of darkness and light.

It has an energy about it that attracts people to it. Probably this explains why, to so many, it is their favorite tree.
I call it The Spirit of Arbutus. There are times when there is
something almost magical about the tree, its shapes and its always
changing nature.
