The 20th Annual Pigeon Key Art Festival was held February 8th and 9th, 2014 at the beautiful
Marathon Community Park MM49. Each year artists demonstrate their skills during the show, giving
attendees a glimpse of the techniques behind their original creations. I have been following the work of Charles for the past 6 years. I am drawn to the detail of his gorgeous watercolour paintings.
